FOR SALE
79' Bug Vert! "LAST YEAR MADE" Asking Price: $5000 Stored for last 10 years, on blocks, It was running fine when parked to be restored. It Needs floor pans replaced (Included) Pans have lot's of small rust spots. You could probably still drive it as is. It has been repainted at least twice, Silver at this time. Tires were new when parked, Top was new 10 years ago. It's been folded down since parked, so should be fine. Headliner isn't attached too well. I have heaps of NEW parts, I think I have a black carpet kit, all the rubber and I can't remember what all. I remember it cost about $3000 for all the parts, I have a new set of lowered struts, Used set of Disk Brakes for the front! Drivers seat isn't original. It should have a removable headrest! There is a problem with the ignition? It won't shut off when you turn off the key. You have to let out the clutch in gear and stall it. Then everything shuts off. It might be because I replaced the computer with a '75 version? Rear Skirt is damaged. Dash has been recovered with the new plastic cover. Wheels have been replaced with the wider, white, Sports Wheels.
